When your original lender transferred the debt to us, the data needed to contact you came with it. We protect this data and only use it for that purpose.
Can I pay or check my balance on this website?

What if I cannot pay right now?
Tell us about your situation through our Customer Service. Our team will listen and explain the options available, without pressure.
How do I make a complaint?
Send your complaint through our Customer Service or the form on the Contact & Support page. You will receive a ticket number as proof of your submission.
How do I know a message I received is genuine, not a scam?
Our genuine messages never ask for a transfer to a personal account, a PIN, or an OTP, and never threaten you. If you are unsure, do not reply, and contact our Customer Service directly using the details on this site.
Who is collecting from me? Is it always Teman Lunas directly?
It can be our own team, or a licensed collection partner we supervise. Our partner list is on the Why We Contacted You page, and every partner works to the same code of conduct we do.
