We never ask for or store your banking PIN, OTP code, or password in any form.

Why we have your data

When your original lender officially transferred your debt to us, the data needed to contact you came with it as part of that transaction.

Who we share data with

Your data is only shared with licensed collection partners we supervise, and only for purposes relevant to that debt.

We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and site analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used, such as which pages are opened, how long visits last, the type of device, and where visitors come from. We look at this data as combined totals, not to identify you personally.

Google Analytics does not receive your name, phone number, or anything you send through a form. Without your permission, no analytics cookies are set at all.

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of every page.

How to report suspected fraud

Do not reply to or click links in a suspicious message. Keep it as evidence, then contact our Customer Service to confirm whether it is genuine.

If you have already sent money or confidential data to someone impersonating us, contact your bank or service provider immediately, and report it to the relevant authorities.
